About Our CEO

Brinston D. Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive B2B Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) business knowledge and experience. He has a track record of increasing market share and service competency. He is an outstanding leader and has experience in managing product sales, strategic planning, and developing business cases. He has visited countless dealerships training Service Managers and Warranty Administrators on maximizing warranty recovery and best practices, in addition to OEM technical service training. Besides, he is a fantastic teacher, leader and down-to-earth person who is excited about showing dealer level Warranty Administrators proven methods for consistently landing 100% OEM warranty reimbursement.

About Our Company

Warranty Works LLC is an organization that provides virtual training to individuals from different sectors like construction and agriculture equipment dealers and distributors. We have an ambition to revamp and strengthen equipment dealerships understanding of the OEM warranty ecosystem, which compelled us to establish our organization in (Suwanee, GA) in a year (2020). Since then, our professionals have devoted themselves to educating and enlightening our clients to all of the nuances of successfully maximize OEM Warranty Recovery.

The Warranty Works LLC is targeted at equipment dealerships and distributors that want to recover their warranty work (parts and labor) on a consistent basis, after performing factory warranty repairs for their representing OEMs.

We appeal to dealerships and distributors that need to train new Warranty Administrators, as well as those that are dissatisfied with low warranty recovery rates or who wish to avoid warranty repairs if at all feasible, as a result of a low manufacturer reimbursement rate on the products they sell. We train them no matter how large or small the operation is. We can be a great option for dealerships that have warranty recovery rates in the 65-80 percent range and struggle to train-up their Warranty Administrators to have the competency to increasing their warranty recovery rate to the 100 percent range. The Warranty Works LLC Brand attributes this to dealerships with poorly trained warranty administrators or learning on their own with no subject matter expert training.

Our company does not take away any autonomy from dealerships when it comes to filing warranty claims, as most warranty offering businesses in our industry do. We have no interest infiling the dealership's warranty claims and taking a percentage of the factory reimbursement.
